What happened to Trigify?
Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and that it is winding down the standalone Trigify platform. For customers on the standard notice period, Trigify set the end of access at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Customers with different contractual notice periods receive their own dates directly (Trigify's notice and FAQ, checked 20 October 2026).
The FAQ on Trigify's homepage answers the questions most customers have:
- Integrations and API: for standard customers, integrations and API access stop when account access ends. Monitoring and signal collection stop at the same time.
- HubSpot: the Trigify product will not appear inside HubSpot, and Trigify accounts will not be migrated to HubSpot.
- Your data: HubSpot will not use Trigify customer data as part of the team's move. Trigify says it will retain or delete that data in line with its contractual, privacy and legal obligations.
- Billing: subscriptions do not renew beyond the service end date. Final invoices, credits and refunds are handled account by account.
There is no migration path. Anyone who used Trigify to find people engaging on LinkedIn has to set up a replacement. If you are reading this after 22 October and still have a question about your data, Trigify lists a support contact on its homepage.
What did Trigify track that you now need to replace?
Trigify tracked person-level buying signals on social platforms and pushed them into other tools. Its homepage, as archived on 19 July 2026, described monitoring across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube and podcasts, with three ways in: profile monitoring, Boolean keyword searches and engagement capture (collecting the likes and comments on a post).
Its Social Signals feature watched a list of LinkedIn profiles and companies you chose. Trigify's help centre lists 16 signal types, including:
- Changed role and changed company
- Liked competitor content, and competitor engagement
- Commented on tracked content
- Posted about, or engaged with, a tracked topic
- Company started hiring for relevant roles, and company jobs count increased
Workflows then enriched each person and pushed them to a CRM (HubSpot, Attio or Salesforce), Slack, Google Sheets or an outreach tool. Trigify also offered a REST API, an MCP server and a CLI. The archived homepage listed plans at $40 a month (Starter) and $199 a month (Max), with custom Enterprise pricing.
Before you compare replacements, write down which of these four jobs Trigify did for you:
- Keyword listening: people posting about or engaging with topics you chose.
- Competitor engagement: people liking or commenting on competitors' posts.
- Account watching: role changes and hiring across a list of profiles and companies.
- Routing: pushing those people into a CRM, a sheet or a sequence.
The tools below cover different combinations of these four jobs, so this list decides your shortlist.
What should you export from Trigify?
Export your workflow results, your search settings and a list of everything Trigify feeds. Trigify's FAQ tells customers to use the existing export options in the app, or to contact its support team for help obtaining their information. Its help centre documents one export in detail: the Export CSV button on a workflow's Output tab.
Export every workflow's Output tab
Open each workflow, go to the Output tab and click Export CSV in the top right. You can pick columns or select all. Trigify's help centre says the export covers only the rows currently loaded in the table, so page through and export each page. Nested sub-tables have their own Export CSV button.
Copy your searches and lists by hand
Paste your keyword and Boolean search strings, your competitor list, and the profiles and companies you monitored into one document. These are what you will enter into the next tool, and they are the hardest part to rebuild from memory.
List every workflow that depends on Trigify
Note each CRM sync, Slack alert, sheet and sequence that Trigify feeds. Integrations and API access stop when access ends, so each one needs a new source or should be switched off.
Check your own end date
Customers on different contractual notice periods get account-specific dates. Follow the date in your own notice, and ask about final invoices or credits before it passes.
Which Trigify alternative tracks LinkedIn engagement?
Gojiberry and Valley are the closest replacements for LinkedIn keyword and competitor engagement, because both turn engagers into leads and then message them. Common Room, Unify and Clay are closer to Trigify's role as a signal feed for other tools. Each row below comes from the vendor's own site, checked 20 October 2026.
| Tool | Keyword or topic engagement | Competitor engagement | What it does with a signal | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gojiberry | People engaging with LinkedIn posts about keywords you choose | People who like or comment on competitors' LinkedIn company content | Sends LinkedIn and email outreach | From $99 per user a month |
| Valley | Keyword engagement (topics your buyers care about), shown on its homepage | Competitor LinkedIn post engagers | Sends LinkedIn outreach; email included on Plus and Growth, an add-on on Starter | $199 a seat a month, or $149 a seat a month billed quarterly |
| Siela AI SDR | Tracks keywords on LinkedIn and X | Tracks competitors on LinkedIn and X | Sends LinkedIn messages, X DMs and email | Monthly plans plus usage credits; prices in the app |
| Common Room | Its LinkedIn integration tracks posts, comments and reactions on your own LinkedIn page | Not stated on the pages we checked | Alerts, workflows and AI research | Essential: $2,500 a month billed annually, 5 seats |
| Unify | Social engagement signals across LinkedIn (post interactions, page views, profile activity) through its Autobound data source | Not stated on the pages we checked | Multi-channel sequences | Free plan; Base $20 a seat a month |
| Clay | Social listening signals, from the Launch plan up | Not stated on the pages we checked | Enrichment workflows; email through Clay's sequencer or an integration | Launch from $167 a month, billed annually |
| HubSpot Prospecting Agent | Not among HubSpot's listed examples (funding rounds, leadership changes, site visits) | Not stated on the pages we checked | Drafts outreach in each rep's voice | $1 per lead recommended for outreach |
Supporting pages: Common Room's integrations page (LinkedIn), Unify's signals page and Valley's homepage (keyword engagement). HubSpot's Fall 2026 Spotlight says the updated Prospecting Agent monitors 40+ buying signals.
RB2B is a different kind of tool: website visitor identification software that, by its own description, identifies the people and companies visiting your site. That is a useful signal, and a different one from LinkedIn post engagement.
How do you choose the right replacement?
Choose by the job Trigify did for you, using the four jobs from the list above.
- You used Trigify to find people to message on LinkedIn. Pick a tool that finds engagers and sends. Compare daily LinkedIn limits, whether each message is written for the person, and whether you can review leads first. Gojiberry offers an optional Review Mode that holds leads for approval; Valley lets you review, edit and approve drafts before they go out.
- You fed Trigify signals into Clay or a CRM. You need a signal source with integrations or an API. Clay and Unify suit a build-your-own stack. Common Room suits a team with budget for an annual contract that starts at $2,500 a month.
- You tracked X as well as LinkedIn. Check X coverage before you buy. Siela's AI SDR tracks keywords and competitors on both, and can send X DMs as well as LinkedIn messages and email. Its LinkedIn and X work runs in your own signed-in browser in its desktop app, only while the app is open; research and email run in the cloud.
- You relied on Reddit, YouTube or podcast listening. Gojiberry's engagement signals are LinkedIn-based, and neither Gojiberry nor Valley lists Reddit or YouTube as a source. Valley's playbook library does include a play for people who discussed your problem on a podcast. For Reddit and YouTube, you may need a separate social listening tool.
- You already pay for HubSpot. The Prospecting Agent is available on HubSpot's Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions at $1 per lead it recommends for outreach. Check that its signals cover what you tracked before you switch your Trigify searches off.

How to switch tools in one week
Run the old export and the new tool side by side for a week before you trust the new feed.
Day 1: export and inventory
Follow the export steps above. You should end the day with CSVs of past results, a document of searches and lists, and a list of every workflow that Trigify fed.
Day 2: rewrite your searches
Turn each Boolean search into a short list of plain phrases plus a list of exclusions, so you can enter it in tools that take keywords. Add the competitors whose posts you watched, and the people you never want to contact: customers, your own team, recruiters.
Days 3 and 4: test one or two tools
Enter the same keywords and competitors into a trial. Compare the people it finds with your last Trigify export. Count how many of the names you would actually contact; that number matters more than total volume.
Day 5: reconnect routing and set limits
Map the fields you relied on (name, company, LinkedIn URL, the signal and the post it came from) into your CRM or sheet. Set daily sending limits and exclusions before anything goes out.
If you are comparing the two closest replacements, our pages on Gojiberry alternatives and Valley alternatives set them side by side.
Frequently asked questions
Is Trigify shutting down?
Yes. Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and that it is winding down the standalone platform. For customers on the standard notice period, access was set to end at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, when monitoring, signal collection, integrations and API access stop. Customers with different contractual notice periods receive their own dates.
Will my Trigify account move to HubSpot?
No. Trigify's FAQ says the Trigify platform, customer accounts and service are being retired, will not continue within HubSpot, and accounts will not be migrated. It also says HubSpot will not use customer data as part of the team's move. Export anything you want to keep and set up a replacement for any signal tracking you rely on.
How do I export my data from Trigify?
Trigify's FAQ points customers to the existing export options in the app and to its support team for help. Its help centre documents an Export CSV button on each workflow's Output tab, which exports the rows loaded in the table, so page through your results. Copy your keyword searches, competitor lists and monitored profiles by hand as well.
What is the best Trigify alternative for LinkedIn competitor engagement?
For finding and messaging people who engage with competitors' LinkedIn posts, the closest replacements capture engagers and send outreach: Gojiberry (from $99 per user a month), Valley (from $199 a seat a month, or $149 a seat a month billed quarterly) and Siela's AI SDR, which also tracks X. Prices were checked on each vendor's site on 20 October 2026.
Does HubSpot's Prospecting Agent replace Trigify?
Not directly. Trigify says its product will not appear inside HubSpot. HubSpot's Prospecting Agent monitors buying signals such as funding rounds, leadership changes and site visits, and drafts outreach, at $1 per lead recommended for outreach. HubSpot does not list LinkedIn post engagement among its example signals, so check coverage before relying on it.
Can I still track engagement on X after Trigify?
Yes, with a tool that covers X. Trigify's archived homepage listed X among its sources, while Gojiberry's engagement signals are LinkedIn-based, so check X coverage before you buy. Siela's AI SDR tracks keywords and competitors on LinkedIn and X and can find people on X by what their bio says. Its LinkedIn and X work runs in your own browser in its desktop app, only while the app is open.
