For founders

Founder-led sales, without doing the outreach by hand.

If you're the one selling, Siela takes the repetitive part. The AI SDR finds people who fit your customer and show a fresh reason to buy, writes to each one on LinkedIn, X and email from your own accounts, follows up, and shares your booking link once someone is ready to talk. You take the calls. In the Siela app, the AI SDR is called Lead Finder.

What founder-led sales needs from an AI SDR

Founder-led sales means the founder finds, contacts and closes the first customers personally. What usually slips is the steady part: researching who to contact, writing first messages and following up. Siela's AI SDR does that part every day, so the conversations that reach you are with people who have a reason to talk.

  • It starts from your website. Paste it in and the AI SDR suggests who to reach: roles, industries, company sizes and locations. You check the form and press start.
  • It looks for a reason to reach out now. It works out which signals matter for what you sell, such as hiring for the work you help with, posts about the problem you solve, a new role or new funding. It can also track keywords and competitors on LinkedIn and X.
  • It scores every lead. Hot, warm or cold, each with a one-line reason. Choose Hot leads and it only contacts people with a buying signal right now.
  • It follows up, and knows when to stop. AI follow-ups carry each conversation and stop when someone books, says yes, says no or asks you to stop.

It sounds like you, because it is your account

Messages go out from your own LinkedIn, X and Gmail. LinkedIn and X run in the browser you signed in to yourself, in the Siela desktop app, at a human pace; email works with your laptop closed.

Each LinkedIn and X message is written for that person from their profile and the signal that surfaced them, and checked by a second AI reviewer before it is sent. Your voice and product facts live in business memory, which every agent reads before it writes.

Stay visible while you sell

When someone gets your message, your profile is the next thing they see. The Social Media agents keep your LinkedIn and X going in your voice: posts on the cadence you set, comments and replies on your topics, and DMs handled your way. For each account, you choose whether every post waits for you or goes out on its own.

When you need more than posts, SEO Blog Writer turns a keyword into a researched draft, and Competitor Watch tells you every Monday what your competitors changed.

What stays with you

The AI SDR sends on its own once you press Save and start, inside the limits you set: who it looks for and who it skips, how strict it is, which channels it uses and the daily goal for each, and whether it follows up at all. Choose "Find leads only" to get the list without any messages.

The pricing and the judgement on each deal stay with you. When someone is ready, the AI SDR shares your booking link, and Siela's booking pages check every calendar you connect. Rather not take every first call? The Call Agent can join it, qualify the person and send you a report.

How it works

  1. Paste your website

The AI SDR reads it and suggests who to reach. Edit the roles, industries, sizes and locations.

  2. Choose which leads

Hot leads only, or Normal: hot leads first, then everyone who fits. Plus the signals, keywords and competitors to track.

  3. Pick channels and a goal

LinkedIn, X or email, the daily pace, and the goal: start a conversation, book a demo or your own.

  4. Take the calls

Every lead is saved to your CRM with the reason it was picked. You take the calls that get booked.

CRM and booking come built in

Nothing needs buying or connecting first. The work lands in tools that come with Siela, and every agent can read and write to them from the first minute:

  • CRM: contacts and companies, a visual pipeline, and every lead the AI SDR saves, with the reason it was picked.
  • Calendar and booking: booking pages you can share, slots checked against every connected calendar, and reminders to both sides.
  • Business memory: your brand voice, product facts, people and past work, read by every agent before it writes.

Already on HubSpot or Salesforce? You can connect them.

Questions

Do I need to hire an SDR first?

No. Siela's AI SDR does the repeatable SDR work for teams that don't have one: research, first touches and follow-ups. You take the calls and the judgement on each deal.

Will the messages sound like me?

They go out from your own accounts, and each LinkedIn and X message is written for that person from their profile and the signal that surfaced them, then checked by a second AI reviewer. Your voice and product facts live in business memory, which every agent reads before it writes.

Does it send messages on its own?

Yes, once you press Save and start, within the daily goal you set for each channel. If you want the list and no messages, choose Find leads only.

Do I need LinkedIn Premium or a CRM?

No. Connection requests and messages work without Premium or InMail, and Siela includes its own CRM, calendar and booking pages. If you already use HubSpot or Salesforce, you can connect them.

Does it work when my laptop is closed?

Research and email outreach do. LinkedIn and X work in your own signed-in browser, so they run while the Siela desktop app is open.

Is this the same as Lead Finder in the app?

Yes. The AI SDR on this page is called Lead Finder in the Siela app.

Hand over the growth work.
