Call Agent

An AI agent that takes the call for you.

Give Siela's Call Agent a brief, like "qualify this lead" or "screen this candidate". It joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call, talks with the person, works through what you need to know, and sends you a report when the call ends.

What the Call Agent does

An AI call agent joins a live call and talks for you: it asks the questions, answers what it can, keeps track of what it has found out, and reports back. Siela's Call Agent does this in Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, from a short brief you pick or write.

  • Joins your call. Share the meeting link and it joins Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams under the name you give it: Siela, unless you change it.
  • Works from a brief. The goal, what to find out and what to check. Describe the call in plain words, such as qualifying a lead, an intro sales call or a first-round screening interview.
  • Keeps a checklist as it goes. After every answer it marks what it has found out and what is still missing, then moves to the next open point, so it follows the conversation instead of reading out a form.
  • Answers from your facts. It uses the facts you give it about your business. When it doesn't know something, it says it will check instead of making something up.

It talks like a person, not a form

Short answers, one question at a time, and no stock phrases like "thanks for sharing". When an answer is vague, it asks once more for a rough number or an example, and lets it go after a second try. Talk over it and it stops to listen.

In a group meeting, it stays quiet while people talk to each other, and answers when someone says its name.

A report when the call ends

You get a summary, every point from your brief with the person's answer in their own words, a Worth a second look list for vague or dodged answers and numbers that don't add up, and a suggested next step.

Use it for the first calls your AI SDR books: the Call Agent qualifies the person, and you join the conversations worth your time.

It never pretends to be a person

It joins under the name you give it, and if anyone asks whether they're talking to an AI or a bot, it says honestly that it's your AI assistant. It never pretends to be you or anyone else on your team.
