AI appointment setter

An AI appointment setter that books from real conversations.

Set the AI SDR's goal to Book a demo. It reaches people who fit and show a fresh reason to buy, carries each conversation on LinkedIn, X or email, and shares your booking link once someone is ready to talk. Siela's built-in booking pages check every calendar you connect.

How Siela gets to a booked call

An AI appointment setter turns interest into a booked meeting. Siela does it in writing: The AI SDR starts the conversation with people who show intent, follows up, and shares your booking link the moment someone is ready.

  • Booking link only when it's wanted. With Book a demo as the goal, it sends your link once someone is ready to book, not in the first message. Without a link, it asks for a time instead.
  • Any booking tool. Use a Siela booking page, which offers slots checked against every calendar you have connected and sends reminders to both sides, or your own Cal.com or Calendly link.
  • Knows when to stop. Once someone books, says yes, says no or asks you to stop, it sends nothing more.
  • Your goal, your words. Prefer something other than a demo? Set a custom goal, such as an interview for your newsletter, and it works towards that instead.

What it is not

Siela does not make phone calls. It is an appointment setter for written conversations on LinkedIn, X and email, from your own accounts. If your sales motion depends on cold calling, pair it with a dialer.

Once a call is booked, the Call Agent can join it in Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams and qualify the person for you.

How it works

  1. Set the goal

Book a demo, and add your booking link.

  2. It finds people with intent

Fresh signals, scored hot, warm or cold.

  3. It starts and carries the conversation

First message and follow-ups on LinkedIn, X or email.

  4. It shares your link at the right moment

Then stops the follow-ups for that person.

CRM and booking come built in

Nothing needs buying or connecting first. The work lands in tools that come with Siela, and every agent can read and write to them from the first minute:

  • CRM: contacts and companies, a visual pipeline, and every lead the AI SDR saves, with the reason it was picked.
  • Calendar and booking: booking pages you can share, slots checked against every connected calendar, and reminders to both sides.
  • Business memory: your brand voice, product facts, people and past work, read by every agent before it writes.
