How we compared them
"AI marketing agent" covers very different products, so we grouped them by what they actually do and judged each on four things that matter most to a small team:
- Channels. Email, LinkedIn, X, other social networks.
- Oversight. Whether a person approves what goes out, or it runs on its own.
- Setup. Finished agents you configure, or workflows you build.
- Price. Whether a small team can see and afford it.
Details come from each vendor's own website, checked in October 2026. We make Siela AI, and we've tried to be fair; check each tool yourself before buying.
The tools
Siela AI
Finds people with a fresh buying signal, reaches out on LinkedIn, X and email from your own accounts, books calls with a built-in booking page, and runs LinkedIn and X posting. The AI SDR sends on its own within the daily limits you set; posts can wait for your approval. Best for small B2B teams that want outbound and social handled together without building workflows.
Artisan
An AI BDR ("Ava") for outbound email, with a large contact database, sending from your domains and syncing to HubSpot or Salesforce. It has an approval mode, but runs autonomously by default. A free plan, then from $250 a month billed annually. Best for teams that sell mostly by email.
11x
AI agents for outbound, inbound and expansion across email, LinkedIn, phone, SMS and WhatsApp, sold as a managed, CRM-native product, from $3,750 a month billed annually. Best for funded sales teams that want it run for them.
Lindy
An AI teammate that lives in Slack and connects to more than 1,500 apps, handling email, meetings, research and CRM updates. Anything with outside impact waits for approval. Its LinkedIn integration can post, but lists no messaging. Best for teams that want one assistant across many tools.
Gumloop
A builder for AI agents your whole team can use, with templates, more than 35 AI models and connectors for 100+ apps. Powerful, but you assemble the agent, and approval is a per-connector setting that is off by default. Best for teams with someone who enjoys building automations.
Sintra
"AI employees" for small business, including a social media agent for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube that asks before sharing, and a sales helper that can send email through Gmail. Low monthly pricing. Doesn't publish to X. Best for solo owners who want help across many small tasks.
Taplio
A LinkedIn growth tool: writes posts in your voice, schedules them and helps you engage. Its Pro plan adds automated LinkedIn DMs and connection requests, and it can cross-post to X through a linked Tweet Hunter account. No email outreach or booking. Best for founders building a LinkedIn audience.
Valley
Signal-based LinkedIn outbound that writes in your voice, with email on its Plus and Growth plans and review before sending. Priced per seat. Best for teams whose outreach starts on LinkedIn.

How to choose
- If your buyers are on LinkedIn and you need meetings, pick a tool that does outbound, not just posting.
- If your name is the brand, pick one where you approve what goes out, at least until it has learned your voice.
- If you have no CRM or booking tool yet, a product with both built in saves a second and third subscription.
- If you love building automations, a builder like Gumloop gives you the most control.
- If you're a solo owner with many small jobs, an AI-employee bundle may be enough.
If outbound sales is the main job, our AI SDR tools comparison goes deeper. Whatever you choose, trial it for a month on real prospects and count booked calls. Our post on what AI SDRs cost shows how to work out cost per meeting.
Questions to ask in a demo
- Can I see and edit every message before it's sent?
- Which channels does it actually send on, from which accounts?
- Where do replies and booked meetings end up?
- What happens on LinkedIn at a checkpoint or limit?
- What does a month cost at my volume, including data and add-ons?
- Can I cancel monthly and export my data?
What to test in the first month
Pick one segment of 50 to 100 good-fit prospects and one clear offer. Let the agent research, write and send for four weeks, either approving each message or running it inside strict daily limits after checking its first lead list. Track three numbers: replies, positive replies and booked calls. If you review messages, note how many you had to rewrite; that tells you how well it has learned your voice. At the end of the month, compare cost per booked call with what you were doing before.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best AI marketing agent for a small business?
It depends on the job. For high-intent outreach plus social and content in one place, Siela AI. For a LinkedIn audience only, Taplio. For many small tasks at a low price, Sintra. For building your own agents, Gumloop. For one assistant across many apps, Lindy.
Are AI marketing agents worth it for small businesses?
When they take over repeatable work like research, drafting, scheduling and follow-ups, and a person still approves what represents the business, they usually save hours a week. Measure them on booked calls, not activity.
Can an AI agent run my marketing on its own?
It can do much of the work, but brand voice, offers and judgement calls should stay with a person. Agents that ask before sending let you hand over more safely.
Which AI marketing agents support X (Twitter)?
Of the tools here, Siela AI runs X posting, replies and outreach directly. Gumloop can post to X through its X connector if you build that agent, and Lindy's X integration reads posts.
